Workflow: set up Masters → create Series & matches → Operations uploads team sheets → close the series → players sign & submit → Verifier → Approver → Accounts pays.
How invoices appear: you do not create invoices. BCCI generates a draft automatically when a series is closed (Match Fees), travel dates are confirmed (Allowances), a quarter claim window opens (Retainership) or a statement is published (GRS). Open a draft with Review & submit, check it, then sign and submit.
